Terms of Use

Last updated: August 2026

Welcome to Insurance Policy Authority (“Insurance Policy Authority,” “IPA,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), which is owned and operated by Global A.L.M. Ventures LLC.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Insurance Policy Authority at insurancepolicyauthority.com (the “Site”), including its content, insurance-related tools, forms, and services.

Please review these Terms before using the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

1. Informational and Educational Purpose

Insurance Policy Authority provides insurance-related educational information, resources, comparison tools, and other services intended to help consumers understand insurance and evaluate their options.

Insurance Policy Authority is not an insurance carrier and does not itself issue insurance policies.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, information provided on the Site is general in nature and should not be considered legal, financial, tax, or individualized professional insurance advice.

Insurance requirements, policy terms, coverage options, rates, eligibility standards, discounts, and other insurance matters can vary by jurisdiction, insurer, and individual circumstances and may change over time.

You are responsible for evaluating information and confirming applicable requirements, coverage, pricing, and policy terms with an appropriately licensed insurance professional or insurance provider before making insurance decisions.

2. Insurance Quote and Comparison Requests

Certain forms, tools, or features on the Site may allow you to request insurance comparisons, quotes, offers, information, or contact from insurance providers or agencies.

When you submit an insurance request, information you provide may be processed, evaluated, matched, routed, or transmitted to insurance carriers, insurance agencies, licensed insurance professionals, insurance-related partners, lead buyers, marketplaces, or other entities that may be able to respond to or facilitate your request.

Insurance Policy Authority may receive compensation in connection with insurance leads, referrals, consumer requests, or other insurance-related relationships.

Submitting a request does not guarantee:

  • That you will receive an insurance quote or offer

  • That an insurance provider or agency will contact you

  • That insurance coverage will be available

  • That you will qualify for a particular policy or rate

  • That any quoted price or coverage will remain available

  • That a particular insurance provider will receive or respond to your request

Insurance quotes, underwriting decisions, eligibility determinations, policy terms, rates, coverage, and issuance decisions are made by the applicable insurance provider or other responsible third party, not by Insurance Policy Authority.

3. Consent to Communications

Certain insurance request forms may include a disclosure requesting your consent to be contacted regarding your insurance request.

When a form contains such a disclosure, the consent language presented with that form governs the contact authorization associated with your submission.

Depending on the consent you provide, Insurance Policy Authority and the insurance providers, agencies, or other parties identified in the applicable disclosure may contact you by telephone call, text message, email, or other disclosed methods regarding your insurance request.

Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of purchasing insurance.

For additional information about how we collect, use, disclose, and maintain information associated with insurance requests and consent, please review our Privacy Policy.

4. Information You Submit

You agree that information you submit through the Site will be accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge and that you will not knowingly submit false, fraudulent, misleading, or unauthorized information.

You should submit personal information only for yourself or where you have appropriate authority to provide the information.

By submitting information through the Site, you authorize us to process and use that information as reasonably necessary to provide the requested functionality and for the purposes described in these Terms, the applicable form or disclosure, and our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for reviewing information before submitting it.

5. No Insurance or Professional Relationship

Use of the Site does not create an insurer-insured, agent-client, broker-client, fiduciary, advisory, or other professional relationship between you and Insurance Policy Authority or Global A.L.M. Ventures LLC.

Submitting an insurance request does not constitute an application for, bind, purchase, or modify insurance coverage.

Insurance coverage is not effective unless and until it has been issued or otherwise confirmed by an authorized insurance provider in accordance with that provider's requirements.

6. Accuracy and Availability of Information

We seek to provide useful and accurate information, but we do not warrant that all Site content will always be complete, current, accurate, or applicable to your particular circumstances.

Insurance laws, regulations, rates, products, policy terms, underwriting practices, and market conditions may change and may vary by state, provider, and consumer.

The Site may also occasionally contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or unavailable features.

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue Site content, tools, or functionality at any time.

7. Third-Party Insurance Providers and Services

Insurance providers, agencies, licensed insurance professionals, marketplaces, lead recipients, and other third parties are independent from Insurance Policy Authority unless expressly stated otherwise.

We do not control and are not responsible for a third party's:

  • Insurance products or services

  • Rates or pricing

  • Underwriting or eligibility decisions

  • Policy terms or coverage

  • Representations or communications

  • Business practices

  • Availability or response to a request

  • Privacy or security practices

Any insurance transaction or relationship ultimately entered into between you and a third party is governed by the terms, policies, and agreements applicable to that relationship.

8. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to websites, resources, or services operated by third parties.

Third-party links are provided for convenience or informational purposes and do not necessarily constitute an endorsement.

We do not control and are not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices, security, terms, products, or services of third-party websites.

Your use of third-party websites and services is subject to the policies and terms of those third parties.

9. Compensation and Commercial Relationships

Insurance Policy Authority may receive compensation from insurance-related businesses, lead buyers, referral partners, marketplaces, advertising partners, or other commercial partners.

Compensation may be associated with leads, referrals, consumer requests, clicks, calls, advertising, or other commercial arrangements.

The existence of a compensation relationship does not guarantee or imply that a particular provider, product, policy, rate, or service is appropriate for you.

We do not guarantee that the Site presents every insurance provider or insurance option available in your market.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes

  • Submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or unauthorized information

  • Impersonate another person

  • Interfere with the operation, availability, or security of the Site

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or related infrastructure

  • Introduce malicious code or other harmful technology

  • Use bots, scripts, automated systems, scraping tools, or similar methods to access, extract, copy, submit information to, or interfere with the Site without authorization

  • Circumvent security, fraud-prevention, validation, or access-control measures

  • Use Site content in a manner that violates intellectual-property rights or applicable law

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Site where reasonably necessary to protect the Site, our users, our partners, or our operations.

11. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Site and its original content, including text, educational materials, graphics, branding, logos, page designs, tools, and other original materials, are owned by or licensed to Global A.L.M. Ventures LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use Site content for your personal, non-commercial informational purposes.

You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, commercially exploit, systematically extract, or create derivative commercial works from protected Site content without prior written authorization, except as permitted by applicable law.

Third-party names, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and its content, tools, and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Site or the accuracy, completeness, reliability, suitability, or availability of its content, tools, or services.

Nothing on the Site constitutes a guarantee of insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, rates, savings, or results.

Some jurisdictions may not permit the exclusion of certain warranties, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Global A.L.M. Ventures LLC and its affiliates, owners, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

This includes, to the extent permitted by law, damages arising from reliance on Site content, interruption or unavailability of Site functionality, or interactions or transactions with third parties.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

14. Privacy

Our collection, use, disclosure, and protection of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Your use of insurance request forms may also be subject to disclosures and consent language presented at the time information is submitted.

15. Changes to the Site or These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Site, our services, business relationships, or applicable requirements.

When we update these Terms, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Site after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive a consumer of rights or protections that cannot be waived under applicable law.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms or disclosures expressly presented in connection with a particular Site feature or submission, constitute the agreement between you and us concerning your use of the Site, except where another written agreement expressly applies.
